💼 About This Role

You'll design and build production-grade integrations for Workday and enterprise platforms in a high-visibility role shaping employee experience. You'll own the full integration lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. This role is based in Bangalore with in-office presence required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, and RaaS.
• Build integrations across HR, Legal, and service platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth.
• Own the integration lifecycle end-to-end including requirements, development, and support.
• Monitor integration reliability, performance, and data quality; troubleshoot failures.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building integrations for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise platforms (HRIS, ERP, CRM).
• Technical knowledge of SQL, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python, Java, or Go.
