You will target, onboard, and support leading online health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably. You'll build trust-based partnerships, collaborate on growth strategies, and manage a portfolio of 15-20 coaches.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in sales, account management, and business development
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Strong relationship building skills
• Creative and collaborative problem-solving
• Digital and social media experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build portfolio of coaches by scouting and pitching to partner with Lenus
• Manage and support 15-20 health and fitness coaches to grow their businesses
• Collaborate on strategies blending marketing, sales, and business development
• Foster trust-based relationships with coaches
