You'll work with mills and vendors on seasonal fabric development, assisting the R&D process to translate design direction into fabric requirements. You'll own sourcing processes across categories, manage material selection, costing, and lead times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development timelines and drive process improvements for efficiency and profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with mills and overseas vendors on seasonal fabric development
• Manage mill selection, fabric quality, costing, and lead times
• Negotiate pricing with domestic and overseas suppliers
• Maintain fabric library and ensure brand/price appropriateness

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in global strategic sourcing or procurement
• Technical knowledge of yarns, fabrics, dyeing, and finishing processes
• Experience with international factories or vendors
• Ability to manage multiple projects across categories and suppliers

• Background in textile/product development or mill-related roles
