💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global demand generation and digital marketing function at RegScale, a CCM platform for GRC. Your core impact will be delivering a highly qualified pipeline and SQLs through strategy, execution, and measurement. This role offers the chance to build and scale a demand engine in a high-growth B2B cybersecurity SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global DG and digital marketing function with full pipeline accountability
• Build and execute integrated demand strategy across paid media, ABM, SEO, email
• Define and execute ABM strategy in partnership with Sales
• Own webinar strategy and execution with clear pipeline targets

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B demand generation or performance marketing in cybersecurity SaaS
• Proven track record building and scaling integrated demand programs that deliver measurable pipeline
• Direct experience managing a team and operating as a player-coach
• Deep fluency across digital marketing stack and analytics

• Vendor references within the cybersecurity event and partner ecosystem
• Experience in high-growth SaaS companies with evolving processes
