💼 About This Role

You'll support the customer journey from application to funding, providing an overview of Knock's products and programs. Your core impact is managing a pipeline of 30 loan closings per month and ensuring on-time closings through effective documentation and compliance. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a trusted, award-winning team transforming the homebuying experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather documentation to submit loans for processing/underwriting
• Obtain initial Closing Disclosure signatures for on-time closings
• Manage pipeline of 30 loan closings per month
• Issue initial disclosures and revised Loan Estimates within 24-48 hours

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or processing
• Active NMLS license or ability to acquire within 90 days
• Recent experience in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
• Experience using Encompass, Blend, and/or Google Suite

• Experience with condo approval requirements
• Proven success working 100% remote in prior positions
