💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing healthtech startup to provide legal and compliance support as we scale. You'll advise on data privacy, regulatory frameworks, and internal processes, working closely with the leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise founders and teams on legal, compliance, and data privacy matters.
• Review and maintain internal legal and data privacy processes.
• Support compliance certification efforts like MDR and ISO.
• Conduct data privacy training sessions across the team.

📋 Requirements

• First and second German state examinations (erstes und zweites Staatsexamen).
• Several years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Excellent German and English (professional level).
• Strong drive and ownership mentality.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulation or medical device compliance.
• Experience with the EU AI Act.
