💼 About This Role

You'll provide individualized support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You'll help clients gain independence through skills training or personal care. This role offers two tracks: Personal Attendant or Skills Instructor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide active supervision and person-centered support in home and community.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living like bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Teach independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and community access.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes per agency standards.
• Accompany clients to medical and personal appointments.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years experience with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25-40 pounds and assist with mobility.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance.
