You'll join Dulcedo as a Digital Talent Agent, building your own roster of influencers and creators. You'll shape their online journeys, negotiate brand partnerships, and unlock career-defining opportunities. Backed by a collaborative team, you'll blend talent management with strategic vision to create lasting impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and sign exceptional talents in the influencer space.
• Act as a trusted advisor to amplify talents' visibility and personal brands.
• Lead negotiation and execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Develop tailored personal branding strategies across platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of influencer marketing experience (talent or brand side).
• Experience negotiating influencer marketing collaborations.
• Established connections within PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors.
• Proficiency in red-lining contracts to protect talent interests.

✨ Nice to Have

• Business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing.
• Strong network in the entertainment world.
