You'll join BAYADA Home Health Care providing 1:1 home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Central Bucks County. You'll make a direct impact by managing care plans and monitoring client conditions. Enjoy flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans for patient needs
• Perform home visits in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, and treatments
• Document observations and interventions using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Prior home care experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
