Description

You will own existing branch relationships, enable partner sales reps, and drive growth through engagement and enablement programs. You'll serve as the main point of contact for partners, provide product training, and organize local events. Travel to partner sites regularly and work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years account management or relationship management experience
• Experience with roofing supply companies is a huge plus
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and PRM tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Responsibilities

• Own existing branch relationships and enable sales reps
• Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
• Provide product training and onboarding for new partners
• Plan, forecast, and meet monthly/quarterly objectives and quotas
• Host localized community events and meetings, travel 1-2 weeks per month
