- Define product marketing strategy including segmentation and positioning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth initiatives.
- Optimize full-funnel performance with strong LTV focus.
- Conduct market research and drive A/B testing experiments.
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7+ years in product or growth marketing for B2C digital products.
- Proven ability to impact revenue, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Expertise in segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok).

- Experience with CRM tools and landing page optimization.
