Description

You will act as a technical lead and bridge between Business Development, Product Management, and Engineering, supporting automotive and industrial customers with lidar deployment. You'll manage customer engagement, execute demos, troubleshoot hardware/software, and provide feedback to engineering, with up to 30% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years relevant experience
• Experience with lidar or similar sensing modalities
• Experience working with external partners and customers
• Ability to work in fast-paced technology development environment
• Valid CA driver's license and ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead critical customer engagement for lidar deployment in non-auto markets
• Support customer development and PoC projects with key customers
• Project manage deployment activities with up to 30% travel
• Provide technical support and hands-on troubleshooting for lidar hardware/software
• Act as voice of customer, reporting issues to engineering
