💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial due diligence for private equity clients on complex M&A transactions. You will own the narrative of diligence reports and guide deal strategy, ensuring insights are commercially sharp and negotiation-ready. This role offers the chance to work with top-tier firms on high-stakes transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Oversee engagement teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Serve as primary client contact and lead executive-level meetings
• Review SPA/APA documentation and advise on deal mechanics

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in audit or financial due diligence, preferably Big 4
• 6+ years current FDD experience with buy-side and sell-side
• Proven experience issuing Quality of Earnings reports
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of GAAP

• CPA, CFA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, Alteryx
