💼 About This Role

You'll launch and operate projects end-to-end in fast-moving, high-pressure environments at a premium AI data and evaluation organization. You'll ensure talent annotators are prepared, workflows are clearly defined, and day-to-day execution runs smoothly. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Stand up new projects end-to-end across client and talent environments
• Own daily operations across multiple concurrent projects
• Deliver regular internal and client-facing reporting with performance tracking
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations in high-intensity environments
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and distributed teams
• Strong communication skills with ability to navigate ambiguity
• High attention to detail combined with speed and execution focus
