💼 About This Role

You'll drive implementation of LP-DED Additive into production for the Terran R rocket, enabling high-rate manufacturing of Aeon-R components. Your work directly impacts process optimization and production scaling for a next-generation spacecraft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and validate LP-DED production processes for reliability and rate
• Optimize process efficiency and throughput for LP-DED workcenter
• Define process controls, standard work, and documentation
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause investigations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering
• 3+ years in aerospace or precision manufacturing with mission-critical hardware
• 3+ years in additive manufacturing (powder-based preferred) production
• Experience authoring work instructions for complex assemblies

• Direct experience with LP-DED technology in manufacturing
• Advanced degree in engineering or materials science
