You'll serve as a trusted advisor for key accounts, resolving issues and optimizing their support experience with Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business goals and provide technical recommendations. This role is critical for driving customer retention and adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage case and escalation resolution for customer issues
  • Provide reports on customer instance health
  • Assist with upgrade planning and execution
  • Act as primary contact and advocate for customers

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in related field or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience

✨ Nice to Have

  • Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or IAM-related)
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
