You'll serve as a trusted advisor for key accounts, resolving issues and optimizing their support experience with Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business goals and provide technical recommendations. This role is critical for driving customer retention and adoption.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage case and escalation resolution for customer issues
- Provide reports on customer instance health
- Assist with upgrade planning and execution
- Act as primary contact and advocate for customers
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years experience in related field or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience
✨ Nice to Have
- Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or IAM-related)
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
