You'll own the dbt modelling layer that all teams rely on for decisions at a fast-growing cross-border fintech. You'll set the technical bar for analytics engineering, tackling thorniest modelling problems and ensuring trusted, self-serve data across the company. This senior IC role offers ownership of critical data systems and the chance to scale analytics discipline with a world-class team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build mission-critical dbt models with standards, tests, and docs
• Produce dashboards, alerts, and tools to pre-empt data issues
• Build knowledge layer and quality checks for self-serve data
• Use AI tools across the modelling lifecycle to accelerate development

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in a data role (Analytics Eng and/or Data Science)
• Strong SQL skills and comfortable with large datasets in dbt
• Hands-on experience with cloud tech (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a modern cloud warehouse
• Fluency with modern BI tools (e.g. Looker, Mode) and enabling self-serve
