You will provide remote telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults with complex needs, using evidence-based modalities like DBT and CBT. Join a supportive team that handles administrative tasks so you can focus on delivering personalized care and building meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

• Independent or associate licensure in Washington (LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
• Confident in integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Available evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults
• Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Participate in case discussions and collaboration
• Manage a caseload with predictable weekly schedule
• Available evenings and Saturdays for full-time role
