Description

You will own Mozilla's search revenue forecasting program end-to-end, developing Python-based models, analyzing key drivers, and presenting clear narratives to Finance and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data science or analytics with ownership of business-critical programs
• Advanced Python and SQL with experience building forecasting or decision-support models
• Ability to balance rigor with pragmatism in ambiguous environments
• Proven communication to senior stakeholders, including live executive presentations
• Experience partnering with Finance and mentoring other Data Scientists

Responsibilities

• Own search revenue forecasting end-to-end, including model development and scenario analysis
• Develop and maintain forecasting models in Python, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Translate complex trends into clear narratives for Finance and senior leadership
• Evaluate impact of key drivers and uncertainties to inform planning
• Establish best practices for forecasting and mentor other Data Scientists
