You'll set the visual and creative vision across Animal Health accounts at a full-service strategic marketing agency. You'll lead bold visual thinking, design craft, and strategic instincts to ensure campaigns are breakthrough and best-in-class. This role stands out for creative ownership and strategic influence in a growing senior leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive visual and art direction across Animal Health accounts.
• Lead concept development from brief to execution, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Serve as senior creative lead on key clients, shaping brand platforms and campaigns.
• Manage and mentor ACDs, Art Directors, and contractors.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of agency brand and campaign creative experience.
• 3+ years in a senior creative leadership role.
• Deep expertise in visual brand systems and multi-channel design execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading senior-level client relationships.

✨ Nice to Have

• Animal Health or Healthcare experience.
• Experience in DTC and B2B.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
