💼 About This Role

You'll own talent acquisition end to end for our Israeli operations, working directly with the CEO and CTOs to bring in engineers and scientists. You'll personally run and close critical searches across the Israeli semiconductor and AI ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run and close candidates across hardware, optical, software, and research in Israel.
• Partner with CEO, CTOs, and engineering leads to scope roles.
• Build a proactive sourcing engine across Israel.
• Define and sharpen Arago's interview process and hiring bar.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with headhunting in deep tech.
• Proven ability to close senior technical talent end to end.
• Experience in fast-moving startups (Series A-C).
• Deep network in Israeli semiconductor and AI ecosystem.
