You'll own technical projects end-to-end, supporting B2B and B2C growth through automation, website optimization, and data-driven experimentation. This role offers direct impact on real business metrics in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale internal MarTech and growth tools (lead enrichment, AI agents, CRM tools).
• Identify and implement AI solutions and automation for business problems.
• Develop and optimize websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Own technical projects from ideation to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• Proven Python expertise for production-grade applications.
• Applied AI/automation experience translating ideas into business-ready solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining websites or landing pages.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
