You'll lead global recruitment initiatives and manage client relationships to fill open positions with top talent. You'll also support process improvements and hiring best practices across the organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, and screen applicants for open positions
- Source candidates through networking, cold calling, and databases
- Coach hiring managers on recruitment and interviewing best practices
- Perform workforce planning and talent pipelining
๐ Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Business Admin or Related Field
- 4-6 years related work experience
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
