You'll lead global recruitment initiatives and manage client relationships to fill open positions with top talent. You'll also support process improvements and hiring best practices across the organization.

  • Recruit, interview, and screen applicants for open positions
  • Source candidates through networking, cold calling, and databases
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment and interviewing best practices
  • Perform workforce planning and talent pipelining

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Business Admin or Related Field
  • 4-6 years related work experience
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
