💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic supply chain development for a fast-growing hardware company, working closely with the Head of Supply Chain to shape processes, automation, and global scalability. You'll take ownership of supplier relationships, from sourcing to negotiation, while mentoring junior team members. This role offers high visibility and maximal creative freedom to build structures from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage strategic supplier relationships end to end
• Identify and implement scalability and automation improvements
• Use data-driven insights to optimize procurement and logistics
• Shape global supply chain expansion into new markets

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management
• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• German C2 and fluent English communication skills
