You'll deliver governance, risk, and compliance solutions as a trusted advisor, owning work streams from discovery to go-live. You'll lead implementations, configure Diligent One prototypes, and drive user adoption. This role offers deep cross-sector expertise and the chance to impact a global GRC SaaS leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver end-to-end Professional Services for customer journey and product enablement
• Partner across customer lifecycle with PS management, Customer Success, and stakeholders
• Lead implementation independently, configuring with Diligent methodology and enabling users
• Provide prescriptive guidance and training on product usage to drive adoption

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of client-facing or consulting experience
• Customer First mindset with urgency and accountability
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• GRI Sustainability Reporting, ISB, or other relevant certifications
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools
