You'll develop ultrasensitive immunoassays for neurodegenerative disease biomarkers, working onsite in Woburn, MA. You'll drive assay development from screening to verification, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers stock ownership and growth in a well-funded biotech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop ultrasensitive ELISA-based immunoassays throughout product lifecycle
• Conduct research on assay design and troubleshooting techniques
• Organize and document assay development reports for product launches
• Collaborate on marketing materials, internal reports, and presentations

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. plus 1-3+ years or MS plus 4-5+ years industry experience in ultrasensitive immunoassay development for neurodegenerative biomarkers
• Deep expertise in immunoassay development including antibody screening, conjugation, and sample preparation
• Experience with ligand binding assays and platforms like Simoa, MSD, Lumipulse, NULISA
• Knowledge of FDA and CLSI guidelines for feasibility and verification testing
