You'll be one of the first commercial hires in Germany, building the go-to-market strategy for Fresha's AI-powered beauty platform. You'll drive growth in the largest beauty market in Europe by acquiring new partners and shaping sales processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and acquire new beauty & wellness partners in Germany
• Conduct product demos and advise on software and payment solutions
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the market
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing

• Native-level German
• First experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
• Excellent English for international collaboration
