Description

As the VP of Market Access, you will build and lead the market access organization for Olema Oncology, preparing for the launch of palazestrant in metastatic breast cancer. Your role spans payor and account engagement, pricing, coverage, reimbursement, distribution, and patient support programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years biopharmaceutical experience with significant market access leadership
• Proven success building market access team and infrastructure in first-time launch company
• Deep expertise in oncology market access, specifically oral therapeutics
• Hands-on and pragmatic leadership style thriving in small company environment

Responsibilities

• Establish infrastructure for US launch of palazestrant
• Develop and execute strategy across payor access, pricing, coverage, reimbursement, trade, distribution, and patient support
• Develop payer value propositions and evidence plans
• Lead payor and account engagement across all channels
• Shape pricing and contracting strategy including gross-to-net and channel strategy
