💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Client Success strategy for IntusCare, a purpose-built SaaS ecosystem for PACE programs helping dual-eligible seniors. Your impact will be ensuring adoption and retention through operational excellence. This is a fully remote leadership role with a salary range of $135K-$150K.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute client success strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Client Success Managers
• Own post-implementation client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface client insights

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Professional Services in SaaS or healthcare tech
• 3+ years managing and developing high-performing teams
• Proven experience leading enterprise clients with complex workflows
• Data-driven approach with comfort using dashboards and KPIs

• Experience in healthcare delivery, PACE, or EMR systems
• Experience in fast-paced scaling organizations
• Familiarity with CRM/CS platforms and analytics tools
