💼 About This Role

You'll join an interdisciplinary team to implement restorative occupational therapy for frail elderly participants in center and home settings. You'll build long-term relationships with participants and enjoy lower patient volumes compared to traditional settings. No after-hours documentation is required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer participant treatment programs established by the Occupational Therapist
• Assist in obtaining vital signs, range of motion, and strength testing
• Coordinate with rehab team to implement activities per treatment plans
• Document occupational therapy interventions per care plans

📋 Requirements

• OTA associate's degree from an accredited program
• Valid California OTA license or proof of eligibility
• Minimum 2 years OTA experience with frail or elderly population
