You'll provide home health occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in Eastern Cuyahoga County. As an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, you'll perform evaluations, develop care plans, and educate patients and families to promote independent living.

📋 Requirements

• Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
• 1 year recent work experience as OT
• Graduation from accredited OT program
