Description

You will own the performance and long-term viability of solar portfolios, monitoring systems, troubleshooting technical problems, and building scalable program infrastructure. This role involves managing client relationships, leading process improvements, and supervising team members to ensure clean energy infrastructure delivers impact for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production across operating project portfolio and identify performance concerns
• Troubleshoot system issues remotely and coordinate resolution with clients and partners
• Manage client relationships through full service lifecycle (onboarding to technical escalations)
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including migrating systems from Google Sheets to Salesforce
• Supervise and develop direct report(s) and develop program-level KPIs and profitability analysis
