🎯 What You'll Do

• Design solution architectures for variable compensation processes.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure QA standards.
• Perform performance tuning of rules, calculations, and data loads.
• Supervise SAP Commissions integration with SAP Hana.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in SAP Commissions.
• Advanced SAP Hana and data modeling knowledge.
• English proficiency (advanced oral and written) – mandatory.
• Experience in QA and performance testing.
