💼 About This Role

You'll act as the product specialist liaison between Skydio and customers, providing UAS operational best practices and deep feature diagnostics for commercial, government, and educational clients. You'll work both remotely and on-site to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive product enhancements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to advanced technical support questions as product specialist liaison.
• Troubleshoot UAS firmware, cloud networking, and mission configuration issues.
• Provide on-site training on maintenance and operation of UAS aircrafts and docks.
• Develop field support processes to accelerate escalation and debugging workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of civilian or military UAS operations and flight experience.
• Experience in operational, technical, or customer-facing field support roles.
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting and familiar with triage/escalation workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of streaming APIs (e.g., WebRTC, REST) and network diagnostics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or Netsuite.
• Scripting skills in Bash, PHP, or Python.
• Experience with WiFi mesh and carrier mobile network troubleshooting.
