Description

In this role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to accelerate delivery of high-impact programs. You'll define program vision and strategy, manage vendor relationships, and build frameworks that streamline execution and drive alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and own program vision, scope, strategy, and execution across multiple high-priority programs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Operations, Design, Product Marketing, and GTM teams
• Translate complex business problems into clear roadmaps, timelines, and outcome-driven plans
• Manage external vendors: selection, onboarding, contracting, and performance tracking
• Facilitate operational rhythms: program reviews, executive readouts, retrospectives, milestone tracking
