Description

As an LPN on our High Acuity Pediatric Team, you will provide one-to-one care for complex pediatric cases, helping clients transition from hospital to home. You'll perform assessments, execute doctors' orders, and document care, with flexible scheduling and premium pay for weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• Pediatric trach and vent experience preferred
• Passion for pediatric care

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes on a flexible schedule
• Follow up and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide one-to-one pediatric nursing care
