Description

You will manage day-to-day construction operations for GFiber's outside plant fiber-to-the-home network, overseeing project budgets, vendor contracts, and milestone tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver OSP forward build projects and ensure seamless handoff for network acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of Program/Project Management in large, capital-intensive technical projects
• 3 years of vendor management experience
• Experience scheduling projects, capital tracking/forecasting, and reporting project status
• PMP, PgMP, or other project management certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, scheduling, resource/activity planning, and vendor performance tracking
• Develop and maintain vendor contracts, terms, and construction schedules
• Communicate progress with internal/external stakeholders for proper project scoping and handoff
• Foster open and transparent change management process
• Ensure projects are built according to approved engineered design plans and GFiber specs
