Description

You will join a rapidly growing medical device company during an important phase of Benelux expansion, owning a defined territory. You'll provide hands-on clinical support in the operating room, drive adoption of minimally invasive surgical stapling solutions, and build trusted relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or extended experience with success in medical device/healthcare
• Demonstrated experience selling surgical instruments in hospital ORs
• Direct experience selling surgical stapling platforms preferred
• Strong clinical aptitude to engage credibly with surgeons and OR teams
• Fluency in English and local languages, willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory strategy to meet/exceed sales objectives
• Drive adoption by opening new accounts and expanding existing usage
• Provide hands-on clinical support during live surgical procedures
• Lead product trials, evaluations, and in-service education
• Navigate hospital procurement and clinical stakeholders for access and adoption
