🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop video briefs and write scripts for YouTube (9-15 minutes)
• Review video edits and provide actionable feedback on pacing and tone
• Manage YouTube upload workflow: titles, metadata, scheduling
• Pull monthly performance reports from YouTube Studio

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years developing concepts and writing scripts for YouTube content
• Demonstrated SEO/discovery results with a video that ranks for its target query
• Experience reviewing and giving feedback on video edits
• Hands-on experience managing a YouTube channel: upload workflow and analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in behavioral/mental health content
• Comfortable owning an Instagram presence at a basic operational level
