You will own the end-to-end recruiting process for specialized Quantitative Engineers and Researchers at Ripple, partnering with hiring managers to attract elite talent. You'll develop sophisticated sourcing strategies, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and drive data-driven hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years recruiting experience, 3+ in Quantitative Engineering or HFT
  • Strong sourcing skills for passive, highly-compensated talent
  • In-depth knowledge of quantitative tech stack (C++, Python, Rust, low-latency systems)
  • Expertise in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, SeekOut
  • Experience in Bay Area or financial hub recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Quantitative Engineering and Algorithmic Trading positions
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract elite talent from niche channels
  • Ensure white-glove candidate experience throughout process
  • Partner with hiring managers on technical priorities and performance objectives
