💼 About This Role

You'll own the Finance Automation pillar, defining how global customers manage spend and automate expense workflows. You'll combine analytical rigor with a strong bias for action, using AI as a foundational layer to redesign financial workflows. This role is based in São Paulo with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week in office).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct customer discovery interviews and synthesize feedback across markets.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Create AI-enabled prototypes and iterate rapidly with engineering and design.
• Write clear specs, scope work tightly, and ship features.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management consulting at a top-tier firm or PM experience in fintech/B2B SaaS.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Exceptional analytical skills including SQL and data modeling.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tooling and prototyping.
