You'll own the activation, enablement, and growth of our partner network for a PE-backed SaaS platform. You'll drive joint success plans with C-level leaders and ensure partners are equipped to position and implement Lucanet. This role offers a structured ramp with access to subject-matter experts.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the partner lifecycle from activation through ongoing success.
- Lead QBRs and executive briefings with partner leadership.
- Deliver trainings, workshops, and build enablement playbooks.
- Co-create joint success plans with measurable KPIs.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Partner Success, or similar B2B role.
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Program and project discipline with ability to manage timelines.
- Fluent Spanish and English.

- Exposure to B2B SaaS ecosystems or management consulting.
- Familiarity with finance functions (FP&A, consolidation, compliance).
