You'll own the activation, enablement, and growth of our partner network for a PE-backed SaaS platform. You'll drive joint success plans with C-level leaders and ensure partners are equipped to position and implement Lucanet. This role offers a structured ramp with access to subject-matter experts.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the partner lifecycle from activation through ongoing success.
  • Lead QBRs and executive briefings with partner leadership.
  • Deliver trainings, workshops, and build enablement playbooks.
  • Co-create joint success plans with measurable KPIs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Partner Success, or similar B2B role.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Program and project discipline with ability to manage timelines.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS ecosystems or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with finance functions (FP&A, consolidation, compliance).
