As a Senior Creative Lead at WITHIN, you'll concept, copywrite, and oversee the creation of paid digital assets for top brands, turning insights into results. You'll work with a nimble team to produce social-first static and video content, own the creative process from ideation to delivery, and elevate creative standards.

Requirements

• 5-6 years experience in paid/organic social content
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Strong design sensibility for layout and motion
• Strategic understanding of social landscape
• Ability to lead group ideation or work independently
