Description

You will design and build critical AI components for text safety at Roblox, developing scalable systems that detect and mitigate harmful content. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and deploy ML models that keep the platform safe and inclusive for millions of users.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing, building, and deploying large-scale ML systems in production.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with fine-tuning VLMs, LLMs, or multimodal models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own critical components of AI-based text safety systems.
• Implement robust AI services to ensure text quality on all Roblox properties.
• Advance AI systems infrastructure with frameworks and APIs for text filtering.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions.
• Develop quality metrics and eval tooling to support ongoing iteration.
