Description

You will execute campaigns and projects that support the VALORANT community in Indonesia and Malaysia, manage direct-to-player communications, and uphold player-first communication standards. You'll collaborate with brand, creative, influencer, social, and PR teams to champion player-first ideas and serve as an advocate for the community.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in online community management including social media, digital marketing, and influencer strategies
  • Strong understanding of regional/cultural landscape and gaming communities in Indonesia and/or Malaysia
  • Experience with community best practices, communication strategies, and user acquisition
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing Social Media and Influencer campaigns
  • Experience localizing campaigns for global audiences

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Brand, Creative, Influencer, Social and PR teams to champion player-first ideas and build campaigns
  • Assist with creation and execution of communication strategy for VALORANT players via social platforms
  • Partner with global Publishing team to escalate player needs and provide visibility into behaviors and trends
  • Serve as the voice of players to global Publishing teams during campaign marketing and live service operations
  • Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen Indonesia and Malaysia’s VALORANT community
