🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach managers on performance management and employee development
• Lead employee relations matters and investigations with fairness
• Partner on organizational design and change management initiatives
• Build and execute core People programs and policy rollouts

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner
• Experience supporting Engineering or technical organizations
• Deep understanding of employee relations and employment law compliance
• Strong project and program management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or hardware environments
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
