You'll oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations at our Sparks, NV facility, managing inventory, order processing, and logistics. You'll drive operational efficiency and team development for over 150 hourly employees. This role offers the chance to impact sustainable grocery delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and 150+ hourly employees
• Oversee inventory management, order processing, and logistics
• Implement continuous improvement and Lean/Kaizen initiatives
• Analyze performance reports and coach supervisors to meet goals

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of leadership experience in a fulfillment center or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in G-Suite applications
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Highjump preferred)
• Ability to implement process improvements using Lean or Kaizen techniques

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment
