You'll plan and conduct customer research to understand end-to-end automotive journeys, from discovery to loyalty. Your insights will directly inform journey design and strategic decisions for a high-profile automotive client. This role offers deep collaboration with CX strategists, UX designers, and product teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research across automotive touchpoints.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights for journey improvements.
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, and personas to visualize experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed customer insights into design.
๐ Requirements
- Strong experience in CX Research, UX Research, or Service Design Research.
- Proven experience researching end-to-end customer journeys across digital and service ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of customer-centred design principles and behavioural insight.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the automotive sector.
- Familiarity with analytics and VOC data integration.
- Background in workshop facilitation with stakeholders.
