You'll plan and conduct customer research to understand end-to-end automotive journeys, from discovery to loyalty. Your insights will directly inform journey design and strategic decisions for a high-profile automotive client. This role offers deep collaboration with CX strategists, UX designers, and product teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research across automotive touchpoints.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for journey improvements.
  • Create journey maps, service blueprints, and personas to visualize experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed customer insights into design.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong experience in CX Research, UX Research, or Service Design Research.
  • Proven experience researching end-to-end customer journeys across digital and service ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centred design principles and behavioural insight.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in the automotive sector.
  • Familiarity with analytics and VOC data integration.
  • Background in workshop facilitation with stakeholders.
