💼 About This Role

You'll manage a diverse patient panel in a primary care setting, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits with both in-office and telehealth options. As part of One Medical, an Amazon company, you'll join a team transforming healthcare through human-centered, technology-enabled care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and occasional telehealth visits
• Collaborate via daily huddles with in-office teammates and virtual teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in Ohio before start date

✨ Nice to Have

• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care
• Experience with human-centered primary care
• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care
