💼 About This Role

You'll lead store opening and closing operations, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales. You'll assist during high-volume periods and support new employees. You'll help maintain store standards and prevent loss.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store, including tills and cash handling
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Train new employees on procedures and product knowledge

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or similar
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages
• Background in loss prevention
